If they aren’t cooked through, just stick them in the oven for another 20 minutes. I don’t give a fuck if she’s my mother-in-law. I’ll finish the cooking— not getting sick for her.

They need about 25min on 425 to crisp up the skin, then hit’em w/ your favorite sauce back in the oven off for like 10min.
